Eiffel Programme: FAQs

Yes, you can apply for any Master’s degree programmes at UPHF/INSA, even if they are not listed on the EeF platform.

You are not eligible for the Master’s programme.
For the PhD programme, your application will not be given priority.

You can apply for a Master’s 2 programme using the form. However, if the programme coordinator selects you, they may redirect you to a Master’s 1 programme.

In accordance with Article R719-49 of the Education Code, recipients of a French government grant are exempt from paying tuition fees for courses leading to a national diploma or engineering qualification.
The Eiffel Excellence Programme does not cover any additional training costs; these remain your responsibility.

You may undertake a preparatory course at a training organisation, but the cost of the course will not be covered by the Eiffel Excellence Programme. The need for this training must be stated at the time of application; the programme may then pay supplementary monthly Eiffel scholarship instalments (for a maximum of two months).
