On November 13 and 14, 2025, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) will host, in partnership with the Observatoire de l'éthique publique, the third edition of the Assises nationales de l'éthique publique locale in Valenciennes and Wallers-Arenberg.

Following the decree n°2022-304 dated March 1, 2022, published in the Official Journal, the Catholic University of Lille (UCL) is officially associated with the Hauts-de-France Polytechnic University (UPHF). This alliance, concluded for a period of five years, intends to pool the skills of the two universities, on six major components: training, research, professional integration, international, relations with territories and companies, and student life.
