Official visit by a delegation from the city of Ouarzazate
A meeting that heralds future collaborations in audiovisual and cybersecurity.

.The president of the Ouarzazate town council and his elected representatives were received on Thursday April 24, 2025, by two of UPHF's vice-presidents (Abdelak Kabila and Arnaud Huftier).
This meeting was part of a visit organized by the city of Maubeuge, with which Ouarzazate is twinned.
A collaboration is emerging between UPHF, and more specifically INSA Hauts-de-France. Indeed, INSA HdF's highly attractive audiovisual training courses are part of Ouarzazate's flagship and buoyant field. The aim is to set up student exchanges, as the city of Ouarzazate has a strong need for professionals trained in audiovisual.
But the Moroccan city's expectations go further: the Maubeuge campus hosts training courses in cybersecurity, a field that is also of interest to the Ouarzazate delegation.
