The Rapport Social Unique (RSU) is drawn up each year using figures to assess the university's human resources situation: headcount, jobs, remuneration, training, working conditions, occupational health and safety, social action, etc.
It is a decision-making tool and an essential support for social dialogue. The RSU now replaces the social balance sheet, in accordance with the law on the transformation of the civil service of August 6, 2019.
