The LAMIH is delighted to have celebrated its 30th anniversary in the presence of Antoine Petit, President and CEO of the CNRS, Abdelhakim Artiba, President of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, and its territorial, academic and industrial partners.

A high point for the laboratory, looking back over 30 years of research and innovation, 30 years of collaborations, 30 years of openness to the world and 30 years of human adventures.

At the heart of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF), the DeScripto department of the Laboratoire de Recherche Sociétés et Humanités (LARSH) embodies a unique scientific and human adventure. Born four years ago from a reorganization of research laboratories, DeScripto brings together researchers in literature, linguistics and the visual arts around a common project: to rethink the boundaries between disciplines in order to explore new forms of creation and knowledge.

The relationship between the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and Indonesia is a long-standing one, testifying to particularly dynamic academic and scientific cooperation. Developed over the years, these links are based on a shared desire to strengthen research training and respond to major scientific and technological challenges.

After training as an engineer specializing in Computer Science, Industry and Automation at INSA HDF under the guidance of LAMIH's teacher-researchers, Thomas Van Assche chose to continue his studies and do a PhD at LAMIH.

A study day entitled Histoire en séries: saison 2024, organized by Master Histoire students, will take place on December 3 on the Mont Houy campus.

The Computer Science Department is pleased to invite you to the seminar by Professor Bassem JARBOUI, Professor of Computer Science and Operations Research at LAMIH.

This seminar will take place on Thursday June 13, from 1 to 2 pm, in room 115.

The "Doctorat Handicap" campaign is a strong axis of the inclusion policy led by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, in partnership with higher education institutions. It aims to promote the pursuit of studies at the doctoral level of students with disabilities.
